Important Question about Money?
Each and every month comes and goes. Some expenses increase, decrease or stay the same. For most people expeneses are increasing and the income is decreasing. So here is my money question. 7 tips to Choosing a Good Network Marketing Company to JOIN
You are looking for ways to grow your cashflow from home with a Network Marketing company as your small business. Here are some tips to help analyze your Network Marketing Company to make sure it is a true fit. As a child that grew up in the Network marketing business, DON’T BUY INTO THE HYPE. Hype has it’s place but you need to be able to see through all the fluff to the real deal. Below I am listing 6 tips a Network Marketing system should contain before you join.
1. Does The Network Marketing Company Have A Solid Track Record? When you invest your money and your reputation in a company, you want to be certain that company will be around 20 years down the road. Around 90% percent of all network marketing companies go out of business before 2 years. A network marketing distributor can be sure that a company has gotten through the major challenges when they choose a company that is at least 5 years old.
2. Does The Company Offer Unique Products and/or Services? There are plethora of Network Marketing companies that offer nutrition based products. Some of these companies have really great products to help keep us energized and enjoying a healthier life. A lot of them are doing the same thing with the same old compensation plan. A network marketing distributor could have a much easier time promoting a company that is doing something that noone else has seen before.
3. Do People Really Want The Products The Company Offers? You hear everyday about the failing network marketing distributor that has zero success and ends up with a garage full of product that they don't need or even want. A lot of companies promote products at such a high rate that the "smart consumer" realizes that they can go find the same product a lot cheaper at their local retail store. The simple fact that their friend is selling it means nothing especially during these challenging economic times. So offer something that will add to your prospects life, a better business foundation, list building online, life coaching tools, and watch them come running to sign up. We all want to have something unique. We like to impress our friends with unique ideas. Uniqueness is much more interesting.

A lot of the dinosaur type companies have compensation plans that are nearly impossible to compete in unless you are an intense marketer. The compensation plan that is becoming popular is the 3x3 plan. It works very well because you only need to refer three people who do the same to build your business to significant monthly residual quickly. The average network marketing distributor can build a lot of momentum with this type of compensation plan.
5. Can You Have Fun While Building The Business? The failure rate of network marketers is substantially high. One of the main reasons for the failure is because they don't ever treat it like a real business and or because they can't have FUN while building their business. People Who Influence Me: Sade Powers & Ellen Wanjiru
We are always surrounded by greatness if we choose to recognize it and appreciate our connections. I do believe that everything happens for a reason. I may not know exactly what the reason is sometimes, yet, I am sure that I am suppose to learn something from each situation, good or bad, that I encounter.
Like most of us on facebook we are connected through our friends, family, business associates, co-workers and other networks. I am constantly inspired and influenced by people who are connected to me on facebook. Sometimes I take out the time to know people better virtually with the hopes that one day we will meet in a more professional networking environment. Here are a couple of people who influence and inspire me through their work online. I hope you, too, will choose to connect with these wonderful people and share them with your connections. You never know who or when, somebody may relate to them and/or need their services.
First, I'd like to share Sade Powers. She is known as a business and life mentor, internet marketing expert and business coach. Her facebook updates share inspirational qoutes that are thought provoking and constant reminders from famous accomplished individuals on how to become more successful on life's wealth journey. One of Sade's links was a video of Micheal Jordan, a legendary NBA Sports Figure. ">The video is here for you to watch,
It reminded me of how many failures we must go through to get to our ultimate prize. On life's wealth journey we will encounter failure. Fortunately, failure is not a noun it is a verb, so failure is something we can learn from when it happens in our own lives. We do not have to be labeled as a failure. We can choose to take the lessons from our mistakes and keep moving forward until we win.

I believe that our journey in life is most important because one day we will no longer be here in the flesh, what will our legacy be. Who we touch, and those who touch us even in the smallest way allow us to expand our inner beings if we allow it to happen. It is artistic, a magical experience.
Ellen Wanjiru a freelance writer, poet, blogger, art, music & film lover. She loves writing and creating pieces that are meaningful and thought provoking. I connected with her using facebook. Ellen wrote in her blog a poem that resonated with my soul being and existence. Ellen wrote,
All I Want...
...is to open my mind and write
Invite an audience into my thoughts,
create scenes
and put on infinite shows
with the play of my words;
make an honest living doing what I love
so that I may leave behind

How To Determine What You Want In Life
What do you really want in life?
Most people don’t discover what they want in life until it’s time to die – and that’s a shame.
Most people spend the best years of their lives watching television or doing things they dislike. An author described humanity by saying, “Most people die at twenty and are buried at eighty.” Are you one of the living zombies?
What do you really want in life?
Some people struggle in answering such question. When asked what they want or what their goals in life are, many are unsure. They dillydally in their decision, hardly giving any thought about what they want in life. People without definite goals are letting time pass them by. Are you one of these people?
If you are undecided about what you want out of life, do not worry. There are many ways of discovering your purpose in life.
To discover what you want in life, try looking deep into your heart. Oftentimes, people are ruled by logic. People live by what they think they should be or by what others like them to be. The discovery process is the perfect time to listen to your heart. What your heart desires comes from the whispers of your authentic self. Your authentic self is the real you.
Listen to your heart to be able to listen to your authentic self. What your heart says usually feels right. What your heart desires is what you usually love to do and this represents your passion. Anything done with passion is like play where the task is accomplished without hesitation. You pour out your very best and feel no pressure or resistance.
You will totally enjoy doing things that are your passion. Setbacks, difficulties, and obstacles will make it more challenging, but should not deter you from pursuing your goals. Naturally, there may be barriers that may prevent you from reaching your goal, but your heart’s desire will find ways to overcome these barriers so that you may ultimately get what you want in life. Remember this: the universe supports people who are pursuing their passion and those who are pursuing their destiny.
However, this does not mean that you don’t use your head. People are born with both the mind and heart. Your duty is to live your best life and be in harmony with your mind and heart. The poet Rumi wisely said, “Live completely in the head and you cannot feel the breath and rhythm of life. Live completely in the heart and you may find yourself acting like a love-struck fool with poor judgment and discipline. It’s all a fine balance - the head and heart must forge a lifetime partnership if one wants to live a beautiful life.”
Listen to your instinct. Part of human nature is the mysterious and spontaneous reaction on things. Often times, these are called instincts. Your authentic self communicates with you and guides you via instincts. Instincts are those gentle nudges that urge you to act and follow a certain path. Your role then is to listen attentively.
Often times, we listen to what others say and allow them to run our lives. Parents often do this to their children. “We come from a family of doctors, so my son must also be a doctor.” How often do we hear this from parents who have good intentions for their children? Parents unconsciously block the true expression of their child’s real self and calling. Friends and critics will discourage you and point out the impossibility of your dream. Before heeding their advice, evaluate the accomplishments of the critics. Did they achieve theirs dreams? Do they dream big at all?
Remember, it is your destiny that is in line, not theirs. It doesn’t mean, though, that you will not listen to what other people say. Hear them out just the same. But the final decision should be yours.
There is only thing to remember: Every person, to live truly and greatly, must define how he wants to live and what his brightest life will look like. Listen to your instincts and follow your heart’s desire. You will never go wrong. Dont believe me. Do it for yourself.
